or through FilingStore.Com we will credit 100%
of the consulting fee against the purchase
price.

Pricing Structure
Telephone Consulting:
The initial conversation will be at no charge.
Based on the initial conversation, should we
decide that FilingSystemsConsulting will be
beneficial to you and your organization, we
will proceed with your project. After that
we will charge you as below. Please be prepared
to use any of the major credit cards to pay
for our services.
$250.00 Per Hour After The
Initial Hour Charge Will Be Based on 15 Minute
Increments
Minimum Charge of $250.00
Floor Plan Preparation:
Auto-Cad drawings can be e-mailed to roncox@filingsystems.com.
Pricing is based on the square footage
of the file or storage area. We will verify
square footage prior to producing the floor
plan. This price is based on producing
drawings for standard and high density
filing and storage systems. Large “materials
handling” drawings be will be priced separately.
Floor Plan Pricing for Standard
or High Density Systems is $250.00 Per
100 Square Feet Minimum charge of $250.00
On-Site Consulting:
Call Ron Cox to discuss specific requirements.
On-Site Consulting Charge is $1,250.00
per Day. Minimum of a 2 day charge
plus all expenses
