Ron Cox has been in this industry since 1972. He has extensive experience as a salesman, sales management, and, since 1985, as the VP/Co-Owner of Professional Filing Systems, Inc. in San Antonio, TX.

Ron has helped clients design, purchase, and install systems that store and retrieve 1,000’s of file folders and those that handle 100’s of thousands of file folders. He has designed warehouse systems that totally automated a major hospital warehouse and designed and installed systems for clean rooms. Ron Cox helps clients create records management software systems that manage small departments up to enterprise wide systems.
